Choosing your learning Pathway
This year’s CLPD can be completely tailored to your preferences and interests. The mandatory requirements for CLPD Year 6 is still a minimum of 8 Mandatory points by completing 4 mandatory courses.
You are required to complete a minimum of one course from each of the pathways. These pathways are Ethics, Legal and Technical Skills. Your fourth course must then be selected from either Technical or Legal Skills to complete your mandatory requirement.

This year the CLPD programme will be running all courses from previous years. If you have completed a course introduced in Year 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 you will not be given CLPD points for repeating the same course, however you will receive points for attending a mandatory course from those years if you had not attended it previously.

Block sessions
Block Session is the ability to book a course for a group of legal consultants from one law firm or more.
Conditions and Requirements:
– Can be booked any day of the week except Friday
– Between 9:00AM to 6:00PM
– Minimum of 16 and maximum of 40 attendees per session
– More than one course could be booked per day
– All bookings are subject to the availability of the trainer and Training Centre
