This course developed in the year 2023 by GALC will address the various aspects of conducting arbitral proceedings in the UAE from a practitioner’s point of view. In today's market and following the issuance of the UAE Federal Arbitration Law, parties are increasingly inclined to select arbitration as a private dispute resolution process. The objective of this course is to highlight essential principles, important procedures, and practical suggestions.
