Each Legal Consultant registered with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department must complete yearly:
8 Mandatory CLPD points (One Ethics course + One Legal Skills course + One Technical skills course + One Legal or Technical skills course)

8 Accredited CLPD points (However if the legal consultant is registered with DIFC courts, must completed 2 DIFC mandatory points + 6 Accredited CLPD points instead of 8)
If the Legal Consultant is a newly registered Legal Consultant, the requirements might be less depending on the registration date on the card. Please note that this prorated requirement is only for the year of the initial registration. All following years the Legal Consultant must Complete the full requirements mentioned above.
