Target Audience: All practitioners up to partner level. It would not benefit lawyers with over 3 years’ experience in corporate/commercial law including use and/or setup of free zones. Course Description: A detailed overview of the type of free zones and use of free zones, including comparisons of certain free zones and practical aspects of dealing with free zone authorities. This course demonstrates the practical benefits of free zones and how they can integrate with onshore regulations and concepts.
